Gelato Produced Products

 

This section covers all products produced by Gelato and sold by Ellis Brown Photography, covering the following products:

 

‘Two Moles Wrestling’ Canvas (Size 20x30cm)

1. Definitions

 

• “You” / “Your” refers to the customer / website user.

• “Products” refers to the items sold by Ellis Brown Photography through this website.

• “Gelato” refers to Ellis Brown Photography’s print-on-demand production and fulfilment partner.

 

2. Production

 

All products are produced by Gelato, Ellis Brown Photography’s Print on Demand supplier. Each product is made to order, meaning no physical stock is held by Ellis Brown Photography.

 

Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed due to minor variations in production (for example, bleed trimming, image alignment or corner style). These small variations are normal and do not on their own qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

3. Pricing

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK shipping (unless otherwise stated). If any additional fees apply, these will be clearly shown at checkout.

Ellis Brown Photography reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

 

Ellis Brown Photography may also offer discounts or promotions at its discretion. Only one discount may be used per checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any discount eligibility and redemption instructions will be clearly communicated.

 

4. Payments

 

At checkout, accepted payment methods will be displayed.

Payments are securely processed through Wix, Ellis Brown Photography’s website host. Please refer to Wix’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for information on how your payment data is handled.

 

Ellis Brown Photography does not have access to your private payment details (such as card numbers).

 

5. Shipping

 

Ellis Brown Photography currently offers UK-only shipping.

Products are printed, fulfilled, and shipped by Gelato. Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days, although this can vary. Delays caused by couriers, extreme weather, or Gelato’s production processes are outside Ellis Brown Photography’s control. 

 

If your order has not arrived within seven business days (excluding bank holidays), please contact hello@ellisbrownphotography.com.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing checkout. Ellis Brown Photography is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

6. Refunds, Replacements and Returns

 

All products are made to order, so returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.This is because each item is produced specifically for you.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, please email hello@ellisbrownphotography.com within 7 days of receiving your item. 

 

Include:

 

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the defect

• Your full name (for identity verification)

 

If the claim meets the refund requirements, Ellis Brown Photography will offer a free replacement or refund.

If a refund cannot be issued via your original payment method, an alternative will be arranged.

Products are made to order and enter production shortly after payment. Please double-check your details before checkout, as changes or cancellations may not be possible once production starts.

 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All photographs, videos, website design and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Ellis Brown Photography and protected by copyright law. Purchasing photo products does not grant reproduction, commercial distribution, commercial resale or copyright rights to the buyer.

Ellis Brown Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of this website or its products.

 

By purchasing from Ellis Brown Photography, you confirm your agreement to the Privacy Policy.

 

Where a legal duty must be fulfilled by an adult, this will be carried out on behalf of Ellis Brown due to his age.

 

Ellis Brown Photography will never sell images containing recognisable individuals without official permission and will follow all relevant UK photography laws.

 

The Ellis Brown Photography online shop is currently available to UK customers only.

9. Environment and Ethics

 

In acknowledgment that life nor business cannot succeed without a thriving planet, 10% of profits made on Gelato products are donated to The Wildlife Trusts. 

 

Gelato is a supplier that uses local production and eco-friendly practices where possible, helping to minimise carbon emissions.

The Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that order. However, this policy may be updated periodically, with any changes clearly indicated on the policy page.

Ellis Brown Photography will aim to review your message and reply within 3–5 business days.
